Mick Saxton offers bread-making classes that help develop the skills required to bake consistently wonderful home-made sourdough bread. Classes provide practical, hands-on, bread-making experience and demonstrate how to make, keep and use natural leavens at home.

Mick is taking a break from bread-making classes at the moment to concentrate on several other projects. However, plans are at an early stage for a re-launch of a sourdough break-making class later in the summer; details will be available as soon as they are finalised.
